  I was a bit intimidated by Sotheby's because I thought it was only for million dollar residences and up. Turns out I was wrong. They also service normal folks like me. Tina Pierce found us a house that was a deal and was under $300K. She worked tirelessly to find us a home we could afford and still remain in Fernandina. We couldn't quite afford what we wanted on the island but we're more than happy with our new place that has a 50-foot porch overlooking the marshes and St. Mary's River across from Fernandina Beach. Million dollar service from Tina included a daily email and phone update, a personalized calendar showing what action or document was due and when, plus lots of general buying info. Tina introduced us to a great home surveyor, a bug inspector (yech,) arranged the closing at her office at a super rate, and generally guided us through the whole process in a low keyed, but elegant, manner. A lovely small private office with tea service was the cherry on top of an experience that was a lot less stressful than most real estate transactions. I definitely can recommend Tina Pierce and First Coast Sotheby's. It's now called First Coast Sotheby's International Realty.
